PC Asset Management & Database Inventory-Contract Job in Washington DC

Job Description:

Responsibilities: Perform PC Asset Management and maintain the PC asset database
•Update, maintain and ensure accurate recording of PC Assets in the PC asset
Database
•Oversee and fulfill requests submitted to the PC Inventory Management system.
•Audit asset inventory for PC Provisioning and reassign equipment accordingly
to the correct department.
•Regularly validate PC assignments with the different units and country offices
•Reassign and update asset assignments when clients move or leave the
organization
•Process disposal of old equipment and update asset records accordingly.
•Provide, generate various regular and AdHoc reports on PC/Hardware asset
inventory
 
Position Requirements:
•Must have at least 2+ years’ experience maintaining inventory databases and provide inventory reporting
•Candidate must have expert level Excel and PowerPoint
•Proficient in use of computer
•Ability to follow instructions
•Well-organized, Great attention to detail
•Excellent written and oral communications skills
•Experience in Windows Vista / Win 7
•Ready to take on other additional task
•College diploma
