Dynamic Financial company has an immediate need for an Executive Assistant. Role is for someone who has supported a VP or multiple Sr. Directors. Extreme calendar management and meeting planning & coordination is imperative. Successful candidate must be proficient with MS Word/Excel/Outlook and PowerPoint. This environment is extremely fast pace and requires strong coordination, detail orientation and follow-thru very prestigious and offers a stability.
