Job Title: Audit Senior Job Location: Hybrid Job Salary: $75k-$95k Requirements: 2 Years of Public Accounting Experience Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Audit Senior to join our dynamic audit team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in planning, executing, and managing audit engagements for our diverse client portfolio. This position offers an opportunity to work closely with clients and contribute to the growth and development of our firm. Key Responsibilities Lead audit engagements from planning through completion, including the preparation of audit reports. Review and supervise the work of junior audit staff, providing guidance and mentoring. Communicate with clients to provide updates and address questions throughout the audit process. Identify areas of risk and evaluate internal controls to ensure compliance with regulations and standards. Prepare financial statements in accordance with GAAP and ensure accuracy of financial information. Assist in the development of audit plans and strategies tailored to client needs. Participate in training and development sessions for junior team members. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of audit experience in a public accounting firm. Strong knowledge of auditing standards and practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. CPA eligibility is preferred but not required.
