The Department of Pediatrics is looking to hire an
Administrative Assistant to perform clerical and administrative
work to support the Division of Neurodevelopmental and Behavioral
Pediatrics. The ideal candidate will work under the general
direction of a supervisor and have a demonstrated capacity to work
independently and will have excellent problem solving skills. Our
administrative assistants operate general office machines and use
computer applications, such as word processing, copy machines,
calculators, and transcription equipment.
- Provide general, clerical coordination to support office

- Experience with teleconference programs required (Zoom and
- Assist with arranging business travel, scheduling meetings, and
supporting agenda management and expense tracking and

questions from medical professional personnel.
