Performs a variety of administrative functions for one or more
Medical Center professionals. Work often requires detailed
knowledge of area and the application and interpretation of
organizational and departmental policies and procedures.
- Answers the telephone greets visitors schedules appointments
and meetings and coordinates travel and conference
- Develops and implements effective and professional office
practices and procedures.

Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent.
Experience:1 year of relevant experience.
Licensure: May required a valid Virginia Driver's License.
This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of
desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some
distance to attend meetings, and programs.

works on UVA Grounds (including the Medical Center) even

once per week on an indefinite basis and follow masking
