Job Description Job Description Responsibilities - Aid clients
in the selection and buying process of their next vehicle -
Maintain Customer Satisfaction - Answer phone calls promptly and
courteously. - Assist with customer inquiries and administrative
duties. - Maintain a professional and organized reception area. -
Support dealership staff with communication and clerical tasks as
needed. Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent
required. - Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative
role preferred (automotive experience a plus). - Excellent
communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. -
Professional appearance and demeanor with a friendly and positive
attitude. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
and basic computer skills. - Ability to handle multiple tasks
efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Strong organizational
skills and attention to detail. - Ability to maintain
confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Compensation &
