*** Remote Work Available in PA, NV, TX, and VA***The Email Marketing Manager is responsible for managing and building the overall email marketing strategy. The Email Marketing Manager will collaborate and build relationships with key players to make sure that each email campaign obtains the resources it needs for success. The goal of this position is to develop, coordinate, and execute our monthly email contact strategy and the plans to accomplish that. Day to day, he or she would provide performance reports, coordinate content, and track results.Responsibilities:

• Manage email marketing calendars and support various departments to ensure deadlines are met and departmental goals are achieved
• Coordinate with the content and creative teams in development of compelling content for email
• Develop strategies and innovative email marketing techniques to improve key email performance indicators including but not limited to list growth, open rates, click to open rate, conversion rates, RPME and revenue
• Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions
• Monitor and maintain deliverables for the Vendor Marketing Program
• Create email sequences that specifically target segments/customers in their buying funnel
• Analyze campaign results and recommend improvements to achieve campaign objectives
• Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email
• Implement and understand hard deadlines, timetables, and schedules for email marketing campaigns
• Conduct market research and identify email marketing trends
• Monitor and report on campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports
• Provide recommendations to the Director of Marketing to improve email program/product effectiveness to the potential consumer
• Live by a continuous improvement program
• Stay on top of the latest developments in email marketing field
• Perform other duties as assigned or required.Requirements
  • Education: Associate degree or equivalent in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of related experience preferred.
  • Specific Skills: Ability to understand the needs of our customers, both internal and external. Independent self-starter with strong project management skills. Proficiency in reporting using Excel. Ability to work both independently and as a team in a fast-paced environment. Well-developed time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines. Strong communication skills to be able to verbally present concepts, metrics, and performance. Ability to receive and respond to constructive criticism. Ability to work cross-functionally with teams to create one voice for marketing. Understanding of marketing tools for market research and identifying trends. Continuous improvement mindset to always be learning and improving yourself and the business.
  • Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, Etc.: High proficiency in Excel. Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite and Google Analytics.Compensation and Benefits:
    • Salary Grade 11: $55,000 - $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
