Job Description:
Golden Bear Packaging Inc., a leader in innovative and
sustainable packaging solutions, is seeking a skilled Maintenance
Technician for the 2nd shift in our Facilities & Maintenance
Department. This position is crucial for ensuring the continuous,
efficient operation and upkeep of our manufacturing equipment and
facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing
routine maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs, and assisting
with the installation of new machinery. By joining our team, you
will play a key role in supporting our commitment to excellence and
sustainability in packaging solutions. Perform routine maintenance
on machinery and facility equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical and
electrical issues and perform necessary repairs. Assist in the
installation of new manufacturing equipment. Ensure adherence to
safety standards and protocols. Collaborate with other technicians
and staff to streamline maintenance processes. Document maintenance
and repair work for compliance and review. Strong mechanical and
electrical troubleshooting skills Proficiency with hand and power
tools Ability to read and understand technical manuals and
schematics Good communication and teamwork skills Attention to
detail and problem-solving abilities Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Professional
certification in Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance is a
plus.
