work directly with homeowners and team members to solve complex
drainage and septic issues while upholding our values: Curiosity –

the first time. Responsibility – Perform high-quality,
code-compliant work while maintaining detailed and accurate
records. Empathy – Put the customer first. Communicate clearly and
respectfully. Treat their home and property with care. Daily
Responsibilities: Inspect, maintain, and repair residential septic
systems (tanks, pumps, drainage fields) Diagnose system issues and
explain solutions with professionalism and confidence Perform full
installations, including excavation, equipment setup, and final
hookups Use tools such as drain cameras, jetters, mini-excavators,
and locators Maintain accurate records of inspections, permits, and
service logs Follow safety protocols and site standards at all
times Collaborate with inspectors, vendors, and team members to
ensure smooth job completion What You Bring to the Team: 3 years of
septic system experience (maintenance, repair, and installation)
Licenses/certifications in plumbing, wastewater, or drain services
(preferred) Strong knowledge of septic systems, pumps, drainage,
filters, and local codes Proficiency with jetting machines,
excavators, and locating equipment Clear, customer-friendly
communication skills Ability to read maps, navigate rural and urban
job sites, and work efficiently Physically able to lift 80 lbs and
perform outdoor labor-intensive work Valid driver’s license with a
clean driving record Team mindset with initiative and a desire to
