Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A 1099
contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist
(SLP) to support elementary and middle school students remotely.
This role requires experience in pediatric SLP within a
school-based setting and offers flexibility with full-time or
part-time schedules (minimum 20 hours per week). Located in
Roanoke, VA, this virtual position is ideal for professionals
looking to deliver impactful therapy services while maintaining a
flexible work arrangement. Key Responsibilities: Provide
comprehensive speech and language therapy to a caseload of
approximately 50 students. Develop and implement individualized
treatment plans for elementary and middle school-aged children.
Collaborate virtually with educators and support staff to enhance
student communication skills. Monitor student progress and maintain
accurate documentation in compliance with school guidelines.
Participate in virtual meetings and professional development as
needed. Qualifications and Experience: Valid SLP certification and
licensure as required. Proven experience delivering pediatric

independently in a virtual environment. Strong organizational and
communication skills. Comfortable managing and prioritizing a
caseload efficiently. Role Details: Contracted position with 1099
