Digital Marketing & Automation Manager

Job Description:

The Opportunity: As the Digital Marketing Automation Manager at PunchOut2Go, you are a data-driven inbound marketer -that will own the majority of the marketing funnel and orchestrate multi-channel digital campaigns to drive -brand awareness, lead acquisition, and nurturing and customer loyalty through all paid and non-paid digital -channels. You will be responsible for the day-to-day execution, analysis, and optimization of all digital tactics -such as email, lead nurturing, SEO, PPC, social, website strategy, and other digital components. You are a -leader and collaborator who is passionate about digital marketing and technology, possess a mix of technical, -analytic and creative expertise, is comfortable in an "all hands on deck" - fast paced environment, and can help -define what needs to be done and then execute to ensure the right messages reach the right audiences at the -right time. This position is located at our corporate office in Charlottesville, VA. Depending on capabilities of applicant, remote may be possible. Relocation assistance also available. Key Responsibilities: Own the creation, execution, and analysis of PunchOut2Go's digital marketing programs to drive -business impact across all organic and paid marketing channels (SEO, content, blog, social, search, -display, lead nurturing, website). Manage and improve usability, design, content, and conversion of company website, including providing -ongoing updates and monitoring statistics to increase traffic; create regular report summaries of web -analytics and key performance indicators using Google Analytics. Manage Salesforce CRM and Pardot/marketing automation platform instance for PunchOut2Go, -including lead lifecycle workflows, data enrichment, lead scoring, setting up drip/nurture campaigns and -be the subject matter expert for digital marketing and marketing automation. Collaborate with the marketing team in the development and implementation of key demand creation, -automated nurturing, lead scoring, and lead management programs in Salesforce and Pardot Create campaign assets including high quality, responsive emails, forms, landing pages, templates, -blogs, website content updates, social media posts, and paid advertising that promote engagement -through the entire buying cycle. Own the end-to-end digital marketing analytics and measurements including campaign effectiveness, -email performance, landing page conversions, lead engagement, etc. Create segmented lists of different target audiences based on personas and demographics. Manage email campaigns, from audience segmentation to email creative development, including -deployment and measurement. Develop metrics, analytics, and KPI's to track ROI of all digital marketing campaigns. Stay up-to-date on current market conditions and trends and incorporate new innovations into company -marketing strategy and plans to drive brand engagement, customer acquisition and sustainable long-term sales and profit. What it takes: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 5+ years' experience in a B2B digital marketing role Hands-on experience with marketing automation systems (ex. Pardot, Hubspot, Marketo, Eloqua, etc.) Experience building drip campaigns, campaign attribution, reporting, and managing databases Experience managing campaign performance including monitoring and adjusting programs for -optimization Experience with responsive, HTML email design and implementation Experience with SEO, testing, and web analytics Experience with online advertising (Google AdWords, AdRoll, Bing Facebook, LinkedIn, etc) and in-depth knowledge of lead generation strategies Familiarity with web design and content management systems Robust understanding of Google Analytics Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite for digital uses Experience with Salesforce.com, preferred Excellent analytical and project management skills with an ability to meet deadlines while managing -multiple projects efficiently and simultaneously Strong attention to detail Pardot Marketing automation certification preferred or other marketing automation tool certification -(Hubspont, Act-On, Marketo, Eloqua, etc.) B2B technology experience, preferred At PunchOut2Go, we have a strong and innovative team dedicated to transforming the way our clients do -business.
