We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic Medical office manager to join our medical practice full-time in Charlottesville, VA.

We provide individualized care to patients, mainly focusing on chronic conditions. Our mission is to bring more ease into our patients life, help them achieve their health and wellness goals, and restore vitality.

Responsibilities:
Short term and long-term project management, supply ordering, equipment, and office maintenance & repairs
Assess business efficiency and profitability
Schedule meetings, appointments, and make travel arrangements
Track Strategic Planning through timelines, reminders, and team coordination
Payroll, employee reviews, requests, and any other employee issues. Staff recruitment, Employee benefits development
Assist with writing of job duties for employee manuals/onboarding new hires
Manage budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting, bookkeeping with QuickBooks
Patient accounting/ledger reconciliation
Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations, and conferences

Required Skills:
Office Administrator, Front office manager, or administrative assistant experience (5 years minimum)
Excellent time management skills, multi-tasking and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity in QuickBooks, MS 365, Adobe, and Google Suite preferred
Comfortable training with other team members (role-playing, holding team accountable)
Experience with office machines (e.g. scanners, fax machines, and printers)
Business degree preferred
Property management experience a Plus

Schedule:
Mon-Friday (Friday office hours end at 12)
Remote hours are a possibility after 90 days onsite

Salary (range):
$20-$25 per hour Bonus Structure- based on performance
