Job Description:
Overview:Keswick Hall and Club has a new leadership opportunity
for a Maintenance Manager. The Maintenance Manager is responsible
for supervising all Maintenance Engineering staff and ensuring that
projects are completed to standards.Competitive compensation based

401(k).Responsibilities:Responsible for plumbing, carpentry, locks,
windows, doors, minor electrical and laundry service equipment
repairs.Restart laundry boilers, fire alarm systems, emergency
generators, and pool systems.In the absence of the Director of
Engineering, must be able to assist and supervise Mechanic I,
Mechanic II and III with technical knowledge, to assure completion
of equipment repairs as needed.Perform other duties as
assigned.Qualifications:EDUCATION/EXPERIENCEMinimum of a High
School diploma (or equivalent) and 2 years of supervisory
experience. However, a combination of experience and/or education
will be taken into consideration.Three to four years in a
commercial building setting, i.e., hospital, hotel, high-rise
office complex, etc. KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIESMust be
diversified in the repair and maintenance of commercial building
systems, crossing various trade disciplines.Knowledge of plumbing,
electrical, mechanical, and carpentry fields is preferred.Must have
formal training and experience with a commercial or residential
electrical company.Must have the ability to write routine reports,
keep logs, and correspondence and ability to speak effectively with
customers and associates.The ability to deal with internal &
external guests with a high level of professionalism, tact and
diplomacy.Must be guest service focused and understand expectations
of hospitality demands.Must be able to work flexible schedule,
weekends, and holidays.Exceptional English written and verbal
communication skills. SUPERVISIONPosition functions
semi-autonomously. Position directly supervises employees. Carry
out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the
organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities may
include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning,
assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding
and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving
problems.LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONSNone required.PHYSICAL DEMANDSThe
