balanced strategy combining Product-Led Growth (PLG) and
sales-assisted initiatives, dedicating approximately 70% of your
time to PLG efforts-such as user onboarding, feature adoption, and
self-serve experiences-and 30% to sales-assisted strategies,
supporting high-intent users through seamless hand-offs to the
sales teamWhat you bring
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a successful track
record in driving growth through Product-Led Growth (PLG)
strategies within a SaaS or tech company.
- Demonstrated experience with data-driven decision-making, using
analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, Sigma and product
onboarding tools such as Appcues or Navattic. Familiarity with
Figma, Dovetail, Sprig, and Linear is a plus.
- Deep understanding of growth metrics, experimentation, and A/B
testing, and the ability to translate insights into impactful
product enhancements.
- Ability to define and communicate a clear, inspiring product
vision and strategy that aligns with business goals and user
needs.
- Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills,
enabling close work with cross-functional stakeholders and
customers.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, for clear
communication across global teams.
- Prior experience working remotely is a plus, but not
required.Key Responsibilities
- Drive the development, execution, and delivery of the
Product-Led Growth (PLG) roadmap, focusing on user onboarding,
retention, and expansion.
- Achieve significant and measurable growth in user engagement,
activation, and retention metrics for PLG-focused initiatives.
- Define and clearly communicate a product vision and strategy
for PLG to stakeholders across teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
and customers, facilitating continuous feedback and
collaboration.
- Lead data-driven experimentation processes, validating
assumptions through A/B tests and refining the user experience
based on results.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Remote's platform,
users, and the unique needs of global HR tech.Practicals
