YOUR ROLEProvides application software development services or technical support typically in a defined project. Develops program logic for new applications or analyzes and modifies logic in existing applications. Codes, tests, debugs, documents, implements and maintains software applications. Analyzes requirements, and maintains, tests and integrates application components. Ensures that system improvements are successfully implemented.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGTranslate business requirements into technical specifications and implementationsDevelop, maintain and release web related user interfaces and prepare systems design documentation by applying company, industry and governmental standardsCreate, develop and maintain systems designs by preparing design layouts, modifying existing designs and assisting in identifying design discrepancies using design toolsCreate navigation structures and information designs; In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible to participate in an incentive plan. The incentive plan is based on performance and the target earning opportunity is 10% of your base compensation. The final determination on base pay for this position will be based on multiple factors at the time of this job posting including but not limited to geographic location, experience, and qualifications to ensure pay equity within the organization.
