the RoleWe are seeking for passionate and motivated team player to
join our dynamic sales team as Account Manager based in
Metropolitan Perth.

- Assist with the development and execution of business plans
covering sales activities, revenue growth, and expense
controls.
- Lead point of contact for all customer account management
matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customers
relationships
- Identify prospective customers and generate leads to expand the
business
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions to customer
needs
- Provide updated sales promotions information to customers
- Keep abreast with the market competitive advantage
- Provide inputs and assistance in pricing model, quotations, and
products improvementsIdeally, we are seeking someone with
exceptional common sense and a 'can-do' attitude, to work within a
challenging yet rewarding industry. To be successful in this role:
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer
needs
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts at a time, whilst
maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities to
influence decision making
- Accountability for time and efficiency
- Ability to work with key stakeholders within Polyaire including
Sales and Operational Teams
- Proven ability to train, motivate, and support a team to
achieve exceptional results.
- Relevant qualifications with Refrigeration/HVAC industry
experience highly desirable
