Thoracic Surgery Opportunity - Charlottesville, VA (Coastal Community, 4 Season Outdoor Recreation, Excellent Public and Private Schools)
We are pleased to announce an opportunity for a board certified/eligible thoracic surgeon to join a senior thoracic surgeon in a hospital based multidisciplinary medical surgical group at Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital in Charlottesville, Virginia. The candidate would be required to help run a busy thoracic surgery practice covering all aspects of general non-cardiac thoracic surgery. Experience with vascular surgery would also be valuable but not essential. Call is shared with the one thoracic and two other vascular surgeons. Expertise in minimally invasive thoracic surgery (VATS) is expected and interest in bronchoscopy/endoscopy procedures would be helpful.
