Job Description:
Up to $25,000 sign-on bonus available for experienced registered
nurses.
Provides comprehensive, evidence-based nursing care in an acute
care setting, ensuring patient safety, advocacy, and holistic
treatment.
Requires RN licensure, BLS certification, with preferred BSN and
specialty certification. ACLS may be needed based on unit.
Minimum one year of RN experience; less with NLRN program
transition.
Key responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and
evaluating patient care; fostering learning; promoting safety and
quality; and demonstrating professional leadership.
Utilizes IT systems, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, and
manages multiple priorities effectively.
Full-time position offering competitive pay, benefits including
