Job Description:
Responsible for delivering high-quality healthcare within the
clinic's scope, focusing on patient satisfaction, building
relationships, and promoting continuity of care.
Provide diagnosis, treatment, preventative care, and patient
education in a retail clinic setting.
Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with regulatory standards
while maintaining clinic operations and inventory.
Collaborate with team members, participate in community outreach,
and support quality improvement initiatives.
Maintain licensure, certifications, and stay current with clinical
best practices.
Support mentoring, peer review, and operational duties, including
coverage and cost control.
Ideal candidates have a healthcare background, strong communication
skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a
team.
