Job Description:
This RN role requires independent practice in a similar clinical
setting, providing routine and complex patient care while managing
contingencies and delegating duties.
Responsibilities include applying nursing processes, assessing
patient needs, administering treatments, documenting care, and
educating patients and families.
Core competencies focus on utilizing the nursing process, ensuring
patient flow, managing unit operations, and maintaining safety and
quality standards.
Technical skills involve adherence to policies, health information
documentation, medical equipment use, order processing, chart
interpretation, and ensuring patient safety.
Qualifications: BSN preferred, RN licensure, BLS certification, and
1-year relevant experience preferred. Work schedule varies;
full-time position.
