Be the Respiratory Therapy Supervisor You've Always Aspired to Be Your impactful journey involves: - Providing direct care to patients in need of medical gas, breathing therapy modality, and medication. - Guiding patients by supervising care and breathing treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and targeting and resolving patient concerns. - Building meaningful relationships with patients by dedicating time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs for a successful recovery. - Celebrating patient victories along the way.
