Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and qualified Registered
Medication Aid with a commitment to exceptional patient care. We
are hiring for a Full-Time evening shift RMA. 68-hour RMA
certification is required. The ideal applicant should have
excellent leadership, organizational, interpersonal, and

Compensation: $18.25 - $22 hourly Responsibilities: Wear
appropriate personal protective equipment to ensure safety and
universal precautions are met Accurately administer prescribed
medications to residents in accordance with physician orders,
facility policy, and Virginia Department of Social Services (VDSS)
regulations Document medication administration in the Medication
Administration Record Monitor residents for side effects or adverse
reactions and report promptly to the nursing supervisor Ensure
controlled substances are properly counted, secured, and documented
Observe, report, and document changes in residents' physical,
emotional, or cognitive condition Follow all infection control,
safety, and emergency protocols Communicate effectively and
professionally with residents, visitors, families, physicians, and
other staff members Provide quality patient care with respect and
dignity Qualifications: Strong interpersonal, organizational, and
analytical skills are a necessity Current unrestricted Virginia
Board of Nursing Registered Medication Aid certificate 2 years of
supervisory experience Dependable At least 18 years old Ability to
lift 35 pounds and be on your feet for extended periods of time
Exceptional communication skills Ability to work as a team player
