Hanover, PA Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Key
Responsibilities: · Perform comprehensive physical examinations and
obtain detailed medical histories. · Order, interpret, and
integrate laboratory and diagnostic test results. · Develop and
implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising
physicians. · Administer medications and injections in accordance
with state law and clinic policy. · Provide acute and chronic care
management, including triaging patient calls and facilitating
timely care delivery. Qualifications: · Education: Master's degree
in Nursing; board-certified Nurse Practitioner Experience: Minimum
of 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner Required.
Licenses/Certifications: · Active Nurse Practitioner license in the
State of Pennsylvania. · Board Certification in Family Medicine. ·
DEA Certification. · Current CPR certification. Compensation &
