Bi-weekly bonus structure – completely controlled by the PT, not the financial success of the clinic. Earn up to $1,200 a month on top of your regular salary. Enjoy a balanced caseload consistent with local outpatient ortho benchmarks (~55–60 patients per week) and a scheduled time for documentation to support quality care and efficiency Mentorship for new grads, seasoned clinicians, and aspiring leaders or clinic owners. Top Talent Deserves Top Benefits: $78,000 to $95,000/year depending on experience level, hours per week, certs, etc. Up to $10,000 now is being offered for student loan repayment (tax-free), relocation assistance, or to buy you out of your contract/repayment agreement with your current company - no one should feel ‘stuck‘ at a job they aren‘t happy with!
