Aveanna Healthcare, a leader in home healthcare services, is seeking a dedicated RN Clinical Supervisor to oversee our nursing team in providing high-quality care directly to patients in their homes. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our patients reach their fullest potential through effective supervision, case management, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be instrumental in maintaining the standards of care, compliance, and improving patient outcomes. Oversee the nursing staff and ensure compliance with all national and local regulations. Conduct patient case reviews and coordinate care plans. Train and mentor nurses and healthcare staff. Manage staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage. Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback and corrective actions as needed. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Monitor patient records for accuracy and completeness. Handle patient complaints and incidents, including the implementation of improvement plans. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in clinical and administrative software. Deep understanding of healthcare regulations and safety standards. Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and effectively. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license in the state of practice. CPR certification. BSN preferred. Previous supervisory experience in a healthcare setting is highly desirable.
