Job Opportunity – Cardiac Stepdown/Progressive Care RN – Washington Start Date: February 23, 2026 Location: Washington Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 3 x 12-hour shifts, day shift Highlights: 48-bed cardiac-focused stepdown unit with specialized pulmonary and cardiac surgery beds Manage patients with CHF, NSTEMI, arrhythmias, and vascular surgery cases Experience with frequent IV drips including Heparin, Milrinone, Lasix, and Bumex Utilize Cerner EMR system for clinical documentation and patient care coordination Day shift schedule with consistent 12-hour rotation Traveler must reside 50 miles or more from facility Requirements: Current RN license in state/district of practice Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program Minimum 2 years of RN experience Minimum 2 years of Cardiac Telemetry experience NIHSS, BLS, and ACLS certifications required Cerner EMR experience required BSN highly desired Why It's a Great Opportunity: Join a specialized cardiac stepdown team where you'll care for a diverse patient population with complex cardiovascular conditions.
