Description: Join our oncology unit, providing exceptional care to
patients. The unit consists of 24 beds, with patient ratios of 5-6
patients per nurse. Staffing includes 2 Patient Care Technicians
per shift and 1 Unit Secretary during the day shift. Utilize a
documentation system to ensure accurate patient records. Scheduling
requires availability for 4 weekend days, specifically Saturday and
Sunday. Floating to other units may be necessary as required.
Patient experience is prioritized through initiatives such as
whiteboards, bedside shift reports, and hourly safety rounds. The
dress code requires navy blue attire. The unit has received
recognition for improvements in patient experience. We utilize
mobile phones for effective communication among staff, physicians,
