Job Description Job Description Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Location: McLean, VA Position: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Salary: $90,000 – $104,000 per year Summary The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) supports the delivery of clinical care by providing treatment interventions under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. In this role, you will help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function through guided therapeutic exercise, functional training, and clinic-approved modalities. You’ll play a key role in day-to-day patient experience, progress tracking, and accurate documentation. Responsibilities Deliver PT-directed interventions during scheduled patient visits Lead exercise progressions and movement retraining with safe technique Use modalities as ordered and follow clinic safety procedures Observe patient performance and share meaningful updates with the PT Reinforce home exercise programs and answer basic treatment questions Keep documentation accurate, complete, and timely Contribute to a clean, organized treatment space and smooth clinic flow Requirements PTA degree from an accredited program Virginia PTA license in good standing CPR/BLS certification Basic comfort with EMR/documentation systems Strong patient communication and professionalism Benefits 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Let’s get you in front of the right clinic—send your resume and we’ll set up a quick introduction.
