School Location : White Plains, MD To Meet at Home and ride the bus
with the student Start : January 12, 2026, Full time, 5x8 Primary
Diagnosis: Chronic respiratory failure with hypercapnia,
Gastrostomy status, Dependence on respirator [ventilator],
Tracheostomy Hours (School Year): Day Shift, 5x8, M-F LPN Pay: $
41/hour RN Pay: $ 59/hour Start Date: ASAP Summary of Position: The
PDN provides all the primary care of the student from when the
student boards the school bus to when the student arrives at home.
The PDN will meet student at residence and accompany student to and
from school on the school bus. (Please note that the PDN is not
permitted to enter the residence). The PDN may accompany the
student to enable them to attend school-sponsored and/or
school-funded programs outside of school and/or outside of the
school day. Requirements: · Current RN (registered nurse) or LPN
(licensed practical nurse) licensure in the state of Maryland ·
Covid vaccination, or weekly testing if not vaccinated · Pediatric,
public health pediatric, or school nursing experience (or similar)
