Job Description Immediate need for a Radiology Technologist.
This is a Full-time opportunity with various shifts
(Monday-Thursday) and is located in Texas(Onsite) . Please review

per annum (dependent upon experience). Competitive compensation

Shift: Various Shifts Schedule: Monday-Thursday Full-time position

Perform high-quality radiology procedures according to exam
protocol, ensuring proper positioning and technique for optimal
diagnostic images. Maintain production and quality of imaging
procedures by following established standards and procedures.
Diagnostic Imaging: Demonstrate understanding of radiation dose
reference levels, radiation dose monitoring, and actions to be
taken if estimated dose exceeds set reference levels. Take
appropriate actions for cases where reference levels are exceeded,
which may include patient follow-up. Radiation Safety: • Utilize
AIDET (Acknowledge, Introduce, Duration, Explanation, Thank You)
when communicating with patients to identify service requirements,
ensure correct exam is performed on the correct patient, and
establish rapport. Instruct and communicate with patients and
families regarding the test to be performed and assess patient's
ability to tolerate exam. Patient Communication: • Prepare patient
and area for procedure by positioning patient, adjusting
immobilization devices, moving equipment into specified position,
and adjusting equipment controls to set exposure factors. Technical
Procedures: • Protect patients and employees by adhering to safety
requirements, infection-control protocols, drug and radiation
policies, and proper techniques. Use proper sterile techniques when
setting up and performing invasive procedures and maintain hand
hygiene requirements. Safety & Infection Control: • Maintain
equipment and work area to meet quality and cleanliness standards.
Work with engineers and physicists to ensure optimal operational
capabilities of equipment. Report issues to management or
appropriate department. Assist in maintaining supplies inventory.
Equipment Maintenance: • Ensure customer satisfaction by limiting
wait times, providing courteous service, remaining professional,
and developing action plans when required. Administer first aid and
use emergency cart effectively when needed. Quality & Customer
Service: • Professional Development: Maintain current knowledge,
continued education, and skills appropriate for care across all age
groups. Serve as preceptor by providing quality training to new
team members and on new services and initiatives. Why Technologists

Key Skills: Current ARRT-R (Radiography) certification New

Certification/Licensure: • Current ARRT-R (American Registry of
Radiologic Technologists - Radiography) certification required
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required State
licensure as required by facility location Skills: Strong technical
aptitude, attention to detail, and ability to obtain high-quality
diagnostic images. Excellent communication, patient care, and
teamwork skills. Ability to perform tasks independently without
routine oversight. Ability to maintain calm and helpful attitude
under stress and take appropriate steps to resolve issues Our
