We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist for our homecare services in Silver Spring on a PRN basis. This position offers a unique opportunity to bring more personalized and effective occupational therapy directly into the homes of our patients, focusing on functional rehabilitation and quality of life enhancement amid their familiar surroundings. Assess patients’ functional levels and develop occupational therapy treatment plans. Implement therapy interventions tailored to individual patient needs at their residences. Educate patients and their families about safe and effective methods for enhancing daily activities. Regularly document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently Proficiency in creating and executing tailored care plans Strong organizational and time-management skills Knowledge of safety protocols for in-home care Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Occupational Therapist licensure Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferably certified in CPR
