Operations Supervisor - Day and Night Shifts Available Community
Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare
organization offering a full continuum of care, including variety
of programs throughout Arizona, Oklahoma and District of Columbia.
Founded in 1982 as a non-profit organization by members of the
recovery community in Mesa, Arizona, Community Bridges Inc. has
held as its principal mission “maintaining the dignity of human
life” for more than 40 years. The District of Columbia
Stabilization and Sobering Center (“DCSSC”), operated by Community
Bridges, Inc. (CBI), will offer immediate, 24 hours/day, 365
days/year, no cost, low barrier access to Crisis SUD services for
individuals 18 years of age and older, regardless of gender,
insurance, and citizenship status. The DCSSC will provide
individuals experiencing an SUD crisis with person-centered and a
recovery-oriented alternative to unnecessary encounters at
emergency departments or interactions with law enforcement. The
DCSSC will ensure those individuals seeking or referred for
services will receive an integrated and comprehensive care to
address their specific needs in a supportive clinical and
recovery-oriented environment. CBI will hire pursuant to the DC EEO
provisions. Job Summary The Operations Supervisor is a member of
the interdisciplinary treatment team and coordinates with the
Recovery Support Specialists (RSS), Patient Care Technician (PCT),
Registered Nurse (RN), and Behavioral Health Medical Practitioner
(BHMP) to ensure a safe environment and quality care is provided to
all presenting for services at their assigned program. The
Operations Supervisor provides oversight and guidance to the
Patient Care Technician(s) assigned to complete the intake and
discharge process, Recovery Support Specialists and Social Workers
to assist in effective patient throughput. Skills/Requirements:
Highschool Diploma required. Associate degree in a field related to
business or health care is preferred. 1 or more years leadership
and/or supervisory experience preferred. 1 or more years of
full-time health care related work experience where his or her
prior experience would provide adequate exposure to both behavioral
and medical crisis situations. Current driver’s license (valid and
in good standing). Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record. CBI is

$30.26/HR - $36.62/HR
