Cynet Health to find a qualified PCU RN in Roanoke, Virginia,

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the PCU unit. This
position requires experience in a telemetry or progressive care
setting. The nurse will be responsible for providing care to adult
patients with neurological conditions. Care includes neurosurgical
recovery, stroke management, and medical overflow. The nurse will
perform cardiac monitoring and emergency response. Experience in
interpretation and management of dysrhythmias is essential.
Responsibilities include IV therapy, phlebotomy, and blood product
administration. The nurse will administer medications including
cardiac drips (no titration). Support for respiratory needs such as
nasal cannula and non-invasive airway management is required. The
staffing ratio is expected to be 1:4 or 1:5 depending on
circumstances. Weekend shifts may be required. Holiday work is
needed once during the contract period. Must comply with health and
safety protocols. Candidates must have the ability to effectively
