us out! As a retail team member with Carter Mountain, you will help
us build brand loyalty and long-term relationships with customers
by serving their needs in a fun, family-friendly environment.
Retail Team Member responsibilities include:
- Greeting and assisting customers, and actively engaging with
them to make their experience with us positive.
- Accurately ringing up sales using technology-based system.
- Sorting our fresh-picked fruits and veggies, and keeping
displays filled. Price and stocking merchandise.
- Delighting customers by offering samples, assisting with
carry-out or curbside service, and helping them find exactly what
they are looking for.
- Assisting with field trips and childrens programs, serving ice
cream and apple cider donuts, and other areas.
- Keeping our facility sparkling clean and organized sweep, mop,
dust, clean restrooms, pick up trash, wipe down picnic tables, keep
coolers organized, etc.
- Other duties as assigned. Retail Team Member Qualifications:
- Customer Service Experience highly preferred
- Must have a friendly and upbeat personality
- Professionalism is required at all times Retail Team Member
- Customer service
- Product and brand knowledge
- Communication Skills
- Basic math skills
- Ability to use point of sale system
- Teamwork Required qualifications:
- Legally authorized to work in the United StatesPreferred
