Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000 per year Responsibilities: Manage inventory and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce waste. Ensure the restaurant is compliant with all company policies, industry regulations, and food safety standards to guarantee a safe, clean environment for both staff and customers. Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and managing profit and loss. Guide and mentor your team to ensure exceptional service, cleanliness, and adherence to Papa John’s standards. Lead operational strategies to meet and exceed company goals for quality, customer service, and profitability. Qualifications: Solid experience in financial management, including budgeting and profit and loss analysis. 3 years of restaurant management experience, with a proven track record in high-volume, fast-paced environments. Must have reliable transportation to get to and from the store, the bank, and required meetings. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage both staff and customer relationships effectively. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment while maintaining a positive and engaging atmosphere.
