Marriott International seeks a dedicated Guest Environment
Expert to join our dynamic housekeeping team, enhancing the stay of
every guest through exceptional cleanliness and proactive service.
This role is paramount in maintaining Marriott's tradition of
quality hospitality and attentive care to guest environments. The
successful candidate will embody attention to detail and a
heartfelt commitment to guest satisfaction, ensuring that all areas
meet our rigorous standards of cleanliness and visual appeal.
Conduct thorough cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, public
areas, and associated facilities. Adhere to Marriott’s high
standards of cleanliness and guest service. Manage inventory of
cleaning supplies and guest amenities, ensuring availability and
cost-efficiency. Identify and report any maintenance issues or
safety hazards. Ensure optimum stock levels of room and cleaning
supplies. Interact positively with guests, handling special
requests and providing local information as needed. Strong
understanding of cleaning techniques and products Excellent
organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of
a team Effective communication skills, able to interact
professionally with guests and team members Detail-oriented mindset

Certification from the International Executive Housekeepers
Association (IEHA) is a plus
