Description: General:

• Office based, 4 locations support
• Provide general desktop and printer support and network support.
• System administration and maintenance.
• Support contractor Network IT (routers, switches, cabling)Detail:
  • Monitor networks to ensure that they are running optimally and problems that could slow down network performance.
  • Install workstations, laptops, and other IT equipment (printers and copiers), operating systems and cloud-based software.
  • Ensure computers and laptops communicate with each other and servers within network.
  • Support staff by assisting them with computer-related problems
  • Train staff on new systems and software
  • Assist with server install and server systems
  • Running system checks
  • Performing backups
  • Ensuring that antivirus programs are running and updating
  • Installing network cabling, routers, switches
  • VoIP phone system support
  • Providing staff with technical support and training
  • Performing troubleshooting to isolate problems
  • Other IT issues as needed and assigned

      • Ability to establish and maintain working relationships
      • Prefer CCNA, CCNP and Microsoft certifications
