Job Description:

ResponsibilitiesManages a team that provides technical assistance to computer system and network users. May also oversee a data center. Provides 24/7 technical support for computers and related networks. Implements policies and procedures for problem identification, documentation, distribution, and resolution. Ensures maximum issue resolution in minimum time to meet Service Level Agreements. Evaluates new information systems products or services and suggests improvements. Coordinates the preparation of bid specifications for purchases such as computers, software, and hardware to maintain operational availability. Directs, plans, and implements policies supporting the organization's technical support services. Manages deployment, maintenance, support, and upgrades of servers, desktops, hardware, software, operating systems, and printers. Monitors emerging technology standards and opportunities.QualificationsRequired:

• TS/SCI clearance.
• Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; 10 years with MS/MA; 7 years with Ph.D.
• Proven experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), including cloud migration and integration.
• Strong knowledge of DevSecOps methodologies and automating deployments via CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience designing and implementing VMware virtual infrastructure solutions, considering scalability and high availability.
• Experience with setting up ESXi hosts, AD integrations, time, and DNS services.
• Experience managing Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft databases.Desired:
  • AWS Cloud certifications.
  • Microsoft certifications such as MCSE.
  • Cisco certifications.
  • Experience in system and network administration.
  • Experience with Linux.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell and scripting languages.
  • Knowledge of network and host security hardening.
