Title : CX/UX Specialist Duration: Fulltime Location: 100%
Remote Job Description: We are seeking a CX/UX Specialist to
support this mission-critical program. CX Visionary: Sets the
strategic direction for all customer experience initiatives,
ensuring alignment with overarching business goals and customer
needs. Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related
to core, and new, functions and features. Cross-Functional
Orchestrator: Breaks down silos, fostering collaboration across
departments to create seamless and impactful customer journeys.
Voice of the Customer Champion: Relentlessly advocates for the
customer perspective, infusing their voice into every decision and
project. Value Maximizer: Scrutinizes all activities and roles
through a customer-centric lens, ensuring they deliver tangible

Extraordinaire: Weaves together diverse workstreams into a
compelling narrative that showcases accomplishments and inspires
