Job Description Job Description About the Role A national
professional association is seeking a highly skilled Association
Management System (AMS) Administrator to provide maternity leave
coverage for approximately 4 months starting in early March. This
role will serve as the in-house expert for their AMS built on
Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Cobalt platform) and will work closely with
internal teams and vendors to ensure system reliability, clean
data, efficient workflows, and a strong user experience. This is a
hands-on, systems-focused role ideal for someone who has real
experience configuring and administering a CRM/AMS environment. Key
Responsibilities AMS Administration & Configuration Configure and
maintain Dynamics/Cobalt entities, forms, views, business rules,
and security roles Support system enhancements, updates, and
solution deployments in partnership with vendors Monitor system
health, performance, and data integrity Maintain documentation
including runbooks, release notes, and system instructions Workflow
& Automation (Power Platform) Design, build, and maintain Power
Automate workflows for approvals, notifications, and data
synchronization Support testing, system updates, and post-release
checks Evaluate customization requests for long-term system
stability and usability Data, Reporting & Governance Maintain data
standards, validation rules, and deduplication practices Support
reporting and dashboard creation for business teams Assist with
data imports, audits, and resolving data discrepancies Promote data
stewardship and self-service reporting Security, Compliance &
Integrations Manage role-based access, field-level security, and
compliance practices Coordinate with vendors on integrations and
API connections Support backup, recovery, and documentation for
business continuity Stakeholder Support & Training Serve as a
liaison between IT, staff, and external partners Provide advanced
support and preventative system solutions Create user guides,
training materials, and “how-to” documentation Qualifications 3
years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar
CRM/AMS platform Experience working within an Association
Management System (AMS) or membership-based organization strongly
preferred Strong experience with Power Automate / Power Platform
Experience with data management, imports/exports, deduplication,
and reporting Ability to work independently as the primary system
expert Strong communication skills and ability to work with both
technical and non-technical teams Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
hands-on systems experience Preferred Experience Experience with
Cobalt or NetForum Microsoft certifications (PL-200, PL-400, etc.)
Familiarity with Power BI, Dataverse, integrations, and APIs
Exposure to ITIL or service desk best practices Fulltime, Remote
$30-$35/hr 3-4 Month Temporary Assignment
