will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex datasets
to help the organization make informed business decisions. The
candidate will work closely with various departments to gather
data, perform detailed analysis, and generate comprehensive
reports. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to
detail, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to both
technical and non-technical stakeholders. Requirements: U.S
Citizenship required. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public
Trust clearance This position is remote but may require occasional
onsite meetings in McLean, VA. You can be based out of following
states: AZ, DC, FL, GA, OH, ME, MD, SC, TX, UT, VA, NC, OK, WV.
Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Data Science,
Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field Proficiency in
Oracle RDS, SQL, and PL/SQL for querying, profiling, and validating
legacy and modernization data sources. Experience with legacy data
modeling and schema analysis, including HL7 data structures and
WebLogic-hosted application data sources. Ability to trace data
lineage through Kafka event flows to support modernization
alignment and source-to-target mapping. Familiarity with GitHub for
version control of data mappings, scripts, and metadata artifacts.
Awareness of Kubernetes/Docker environments to support data
assessment and transition planning to modernization platforms.
Strong understanding of statistical methods and data validation
techniques. Proficiency with Excel/CSV and metadata documentation
tooling for data dictionaries, mapping sheets, and reconciliation
logs. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong
attention to detail and accuracy. Exceptional communication skills
and the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical
stakeholders. Ability to work independently and manage multiple
priorities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a government
contracting environment. Knowledge of machine learning techniques
and tools. Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and tools.
Responsibilities Data Collection and Management: Gather and compile
data from various sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Maintain and update databases and data systems. Data Analysis:
Perform detailed analysis on large datasets to identify trends,
patterns, and insights. Use statistical techniques and software
tools to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Reporting
and Visualization: Develop and present reports, dashboards, and
visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders. Ensure that
reports are easily understandable and provide clear
recommendations. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional
teams to understand data requirements and deliver insights that
drive business decisions. Assist in the development and
implementation of data governance and best practices. Continuous
Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices
in data analysis. Continuously seek opportunities to improve data
collection, analysis, and reporting processes. Compliance and
Security: Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and
internal policies. Implement data security measures to protect
