Job Description Job Description V-Tech Solutions is hiring a Project Manager to manage operations, guide teams, and ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate has experience with call centers, CRM systems, and financial processes, and excels in leadership, problem-solving, and delivering results. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 5 years in call center operations 3 years of project management experience Experience leading teams and using call center software, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office, and tax/financial tools Preferred: Advanced Excel and experience in call center or financial/tax services Responsibilities: Manage daily project operations and ensure contract compliance Lead cross-functional teams and guide call center activities Maintain quality standards and collaborate with stakeholders Provide input on call center activities and process improvements Skills: Team leadership & project management Call center & CRM systems Financial reporting & analysis Communication & problem-solving Compliance & quality control
