Job Description:
ManTech is seeking a highly skilled Wargame Designer to join our
dynamic team dedicated to designing, developing, and implementing
wargames for mission-critical national security programs. As a
Wargame Designer at ManTech, you will work closely with defense and
intelligence experts to create realistic, detailed wargames that
help prepare the U.S. military and allied forces for a wide range
of scenarios. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking,
creativity, and a deep understanding of modern military tactics and
technologies. Design and develop detailed wargame scenarios that
reflect real-world conditions and potential future threats.
Collaborate with defense analysts, military experts, and
technologists to gather requirements and integrate their insights
into wargame designs. Utilize modern simulation software and tools
to create engaging and effective wargaming environments. Conduct
research to stay updated on the latest military strategies,
tactics, and technologies. Prepare reports and presentations to
showcase wargame concepts and outcomes to stakeholders. Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent knowledge of
military strategy, operations, and tactics Proficiency in
simulation software and technologies Ability to communicate complex
ideas effectively Creative thinking and scenario building skills
