Enterprise IT Support Technician Lead, you will spearhead our team
that supports critical national security infrastructures. Your role
will involve strategic oversight over the IT support provided
across various federal agencies, ensuring systems operate
seamlessly and securely. This position is pivotal in implementing
cutting-edge technologies and resolving complex technical
challenges to optimize performance and reliability. Manage a team
of IT support specialists, providing guidance and mentoring.
Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of
enterprise-level network systems. Ensure compliance with all
security protocols for data management and infrastructure.
Collaborate with other departments to align technology solutions
with strategic goals. Monitor system performance and manage updates
and patches. Lead cross-functional meetings to report on IT support
metrics and gather feedback. Develop best practices for IT support
and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Strong
knowledge of network architectures and database systems. Expertise
in Windows/Linux server environments. Proficient with cybersecurity
principles and disaster recovery strategies. Ability to manage and
prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment. Highly skilled in
