Job Description The Talent Data Analyst role is based in the firm’s Washington, DC office and supports the Talent Department by analyzing, transforming, and visualizing workforce data to deliver actionable insights to Talent teams and firm leadership. The position collaborates closely with groups such as Attorney Recruiting, Career Development, Legal Personnel, Professional Development, and Wellbeing. Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports that track recruiting, attrition, performance, evaluation, and other Talent metrics; translating complex data into clear visualizations and written analysis; ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality; and providing insights that support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. The role also handles ad hoc analyses, special projects, documentation for end users, and serves as the primary contact for data-related requests, working with IT and other teams to improve data processes and systems. Qualifications include a four-year degree (or equivalent experience) and at least two years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics. Strong proficiency in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, SQL, and Microsoft 365 is required. Experience with Power Automate, data modeling, and professional services or law firm environments is a plus. The anticipated salary range is $82,400 to $90,000.
