Job Description:
Position Description: CGI Federal is seeking a skilled Team Lead
for Financial System Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Support to
manage enterprise financial applications and user support
activities for a Financial Management Directorate within an Agency
in the Intelligence Community. This role provides leadership for
Tier 1 and Tier 2 Help Desk operations, application administration,
system enhancements, security documentation, audit support, and
testing activities. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in
federal financial systems, customer support, operational stability,
and process improvement. This position is located in Springfield,
VA. Your future duties and responsibilities: Help Desk & User
Support Operations . Lead all Tier 1 and Tier 2 Help Desk
functions, ensuring timely resolution of financial system
incidents, service requests, and user issues. . Develop, maintain,
and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) governing Help Desk
activities. . Provide effective communication and escalation
support to Tier 3/Tier 4 technical teams as needed. . Track,
analyze, and report Help Desk metrics to leadership, ensuring
transparency and performance improvement. System Operations &
Administration . Oversee user account management, including role
assignments, deactivation, permissions updates, and role-based
access reviews. . Monitor and manage routine system operations such
as batch job execution, interface monitoring, and daily system
health checks. . Ensure all updates, patches, and configuration
changes are executed in coordination with applicable technical and
security policies. Enhancement Support & Testing . Lead testing
support for system enhancements, including User Acceptance Testing
(UAT) planning, test script development, execution, and defect
management. . Coordinate with requirements, engineering, and
development teams to ensure enhancements meet user needs and
functional specifications. . Document and communicate enhancement
outcomes, impacts, and recommended follow on changes. Audit &
Compliance Support . Assist with audit inquiries, control testing,
and documentation updates required to support internal and external
compliance reviews. . Maintain all required security and
configuration management documentation, ensuring alignment with
Agency policies and industry best practices. . Support remediation
of audit findings and implement corrective actions. Operational
Optimization & Team Leadership . Identify opportunities to
streamline O&M processes to increase system availability,
efficiency, and user experience. . Support cross functional
collaboration with engineering, controls, requirements, reporting,
and visualization teams . Provide leadership, coaching, and
direction to O&M team members to promote professional growth
and high performance. Required qualifications to be successful in
this role: . 10 years experience with IC or Federal Financial
systems and processes Active Top Secret/SCI with ability to obtain
and maintain a CI Poly . Experience in corporate treasury, banking,
or financial operations . Knowledge of cash management, financial
risk, liquidity planning, and federal financial systems .
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics Desired
qualifications/non-essential skills required: . Certified Defense
Financial Manager (CDFM) . Experience leading operations for
federal financial systems such as Momentum, PRISM, SAP, Oracle, or
similar platforms . Experience with Tier 1/Tier 2 service
operations within a federal or IC environment . Familiarity with
configuration management, financial system security controls, and
audit documentation . Experience with Agile development processes
and tools CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a
reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The
determination of this range includes various factors not limited to
skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and
certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based
performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the
top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are
dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable
estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is
