Position Description: CGI Federal has an exciting opportunity for an Integration Lead within our Intel sector advancing the national security mission through cutting edge technology. The Integration Lead oversees and executes the integration of IT systems, data, or entire business units, often during mergers and acquisitions. Key responsibilities include developing integration strategies and plans, managing cross-functional teams, ensuring data quality and compliance, and providing technical solutions to meet business requirements CGI Federal is growing its high-performance team whose members share a passion for building high-quality, scalable, advanced IT solutions in a collaborative, fast-paced, outcome-driven mission. This position is located in USA VA Arlington, however, a hybrid working model is acceptable. Your future duties and responsibilities: . Strategic and tactical planning: Developing integration strategies, setting guiding principles, and creating detailed integration plans. . Project management: Overseeing day-to-day management, coordinating efforts, and ensuring integration activities align with business goals and deadlines. . Technical leadership: Designing technical solutions, ensuring adherence to integration standards and architectures, and providing expertise on data integration tools and platforms. . Team and stakeholder management: Leading and motivating cross-functional teams, managing project scope, and acting as the primary contact and advocate between different teams and stakeholders. . Risk and compliance: Identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring data quality and compliance with data classification standards. . Problem-solving: Troubleshooting and resolving integration issues and ensuring smooth business operations post-integration. Required qualifications to be successful in this role: . Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree and/or 10 years of experience . Security Clearance: TS/SCI required with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI with Poly highly desired . Leadership and communication: Strong leadership, influence, and collaboration skills are crucial for managing teams and stakeholders. . Technical proficiency: Expertise in data integration, application/infrastructure technologies, and relevant tools is necessary. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and microservices architecture is often preferred. . Problem-solving: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities are needed to address complex integration challenges. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $89,600.00 - $218,200.00.
