Job Description:
Corporate Development Alternative Structures, Senior Manager The
Opportunity: Serve as a leader on the corporate development team to
drive the entire deal lifecycle across strategy, valuation, finan
cia l modeling, and negotiation for joint ventures, minority
investments, and mergers and acquisitions. Be the primary interface
for corporate development with the company’s tech accelerator and
corporate venture teams. Assist with evaluating the broader
corporate finan cia l and market strategy of Booz Allen across our
sectors. Leverage knowledge of corporate finance, accounting, and
different business models such as services and sof tware, to inform
development of dynamic finan cia l statement modeling and finan cia
l met rics. Assess strategic finan cia l alternatives through
merger consequences analysis, including accretion and dilution,
leveraged buyout, discounted cash flow, sum-of-parts, public
trading comparables, precedent tra nsa ctions, and IRR or ROI
returns modeling. Execute M & A and other inorganic investment and
tra nsa ction processes in coordination with senior corporate and
market leaders. Due to the nature of work performed within this
facility, U.S. citizen ship is required . You Have: 10 years of
experience as part of corporate development, investment banking, or
strategic partnerships or growth investing with a focus on
government contract ing, aerospace and defense, cybersecurity, or
technology Experience structuring complex problems and alternative
business models such as complex collaboration agreements or joint
ventures, delivering insights and recommendations, and identifying
key risks Experience with complex finan cia l modeling, including
building operational P & Ls Experience working with legal, finance,
engineering, and executive teams Experience with dual-use
technologies, cross-functional stakeholder e nga gement, and
cross-sector negotiation Knowledge of the defense or government
ecosystem, major commer cia l technology trends and players, and
the operational, legal, and finan cia l structures of complex
business collaborations Ability to scope and define strategy for
various investment options for elevating relationships with
inorganic targets, including from full M & A to minority investment
or JVs, and providing recommendations to senior leaders Ability to
perform and supervise complex, dynamic, and assumption-based finan
cia l modeling in Micro sof t Excel Ability to synthesize large
amounts of information, identify issues, recommend solutions
proactively, prioritize work streams appropriately, and move among
differing tasks quickly Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have:
Experience in defense, cybersecurity, government contract ing, or
commer cia l technology market segments Ability to brief senior
audiences in clear and concise manner Possession of excellent
analytical and communication skills Possession of excellent
stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills

determined by various factors, including but not limited to
location, the individual’s particular combination of education,
knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as
contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
The projected compensation range for this position is $125,300.00
to $233,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents
the typical salary range for this position and is just one
component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
