Salesforce Developer The Opportunity: Develop secure, scalable Salesforce applications that support enterprise case management and multi?community environments. Build Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and integrations with cloud and legacy systems. Configure Service Cloud capabilities to enhance case routing, knowledge management, and digital engagement. Implement data ingestion, transformation, and identity resolution pipelines. Support Agile delivery processes, documentation standards, and technical compliance requirements. You Have: 3 years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform Experience building Apex classes, Lightning Web Components, and Flows Experience developing integrations using APIs, events, or ETL patterns Knowledge of Service Cloud and Experience Cloud configuration Knowledge of data modeling, ingestion, or enterprise data integration Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a STEM field Nice If You Have: 5 years of experience with Salesforce development Experience with data transformation or identity resolution platforms Knowledge of secure system design principles and compliance frameworks Ability to work in Agile, multi?team enterprise environments Possession of strong communication and documentation skills Salesforce Developer or related Salesforce certification Vetting: Applicants selected will be subject to a government investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements of the U.S. government client. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
