Family Law Attorney
Leesburg, VA
Pay From: $150,000-$190,000/yr

MUST:
Active Virginia law license in good standing required.
2 to 5 years of litigation experience, preferably in family law.
Proven ability to manage and litigate complex legal matters independently.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

DUTIES:
Represent clients in matters involving divorce, custody, support, and equitable distribution.
Draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents related to family law cases.
Appear in court for hearings, motions, and trials.
Provide counsel and support to clients throughout the legal process.
Collaborate with colleagues to strategize and manage casework efficiently.
Maintain accurate case documentation and adhere to court deadlines.
